About me
I function with the belief that keeping an optimistic and positive attitude makes life more enjoyable, and that life is too short to be worrying about things you have no control over. I value the importance of learning new things, and I let this knowledge shape my personal growth and my practice. My background includes participation in numerous sports at various levels. Sports are a true passion of mine, and have greatly shaped the person I am today. Over the years, aquatic sports have become my obsession, and now my specialty. My time as an athlete and a coach in the water has taught me that to be effective, you must relax and go with the flow, a metaphor by which I live my life. I bring this perspective to my practice, teaching athletes to effectively go with whatever is thrown their way, rather than fighting it. As a consultant I enjoy helping people find out more about themselves through discussions and activities that encourage self-exploration and self-awareness. I believe everyone is capable of achieving their dreams -- it is just a matter of finding the path to take them there. My role is to work with performers to help them increase self-awareness, find a way to attain their goals, increase their motivation, build confidence, etc.
